the relic had first been kepy by that of odin, the allfather of asgard, before one day having been left to fall to the earth, kept hidden by the ones who had found the cosmic cube. for centuries she was hidden in the darkness, kept safe by any who wishes to use her power-that is, until johann scmidt came along. once finding the aging relic, her ancient power was used once more, but not quite as she wished. energy was withdrawn from the relic, used to charge that of hydra's weapons to aid in their world war 2saved by that of captain america himself & recovered from the icy depths of the ocean, the relic was placed under large investigation by shield for decades, scientist unable to truly understand her energy. nick fury had dared tried to harness her energy to use for weapons just as johann had before, untilbeing rescued by that of the trickster, loki himself to be used in his ruling over midgard. only after such events & being brought back to asgard did she gain her mortal form, finding herself having that of free will, escaping whenever she can to roam as sle pleases.

V || IN THE BEGINNING.
a verse that can take place pre the events of captain america: the first avenger, where we are first introduced to the tesseract in the mcu. it deals mostly with tess in the time of hydra, mar-vell, and shield before the events of the avengers.
V || WE’VE BEGUN THE ENDGAME
takes place during infinity war and endgame. it deals vastly with the struggles and complications tess faces when on the run from thanos / being used once captured within the gauntlet. this is where tess deals with further trauma than she ever has before under hydra and shield, gaining the large scar across her backside.
V || WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE
post-endgame verse in which deals with tess recovering from the effects of the gauntlet.
V || OFF THE PAGES
in short, the comics verse is essentially tess following the current story of kobik in earth 616; mainly following canon of the comics but with differences, like using the current fc and continuing to protray tess as a young adult vs a four year old as kobik is, but she holds nearly the same sort of child-like innocence, just perhaps a bit more mature in comparison.
V || MUNDANE ALL ALONG
follow's tess's timeline in the mcu, except instead of the idea that she created a human/mundane form post the events of avengers, she's been human all along. starting with her travels around the universe since her descent from asgard, calling herself connie for a short time and exploring more of what humanity is like, to being found by hydra and taken away. thus continuing onward in her timeline.
V || INFINITY GEM
verse still in development, but here’s some important points!: her power in this verse is completely the same in display and use as captain marvel’s is in the captain marvel film. works for vought but hasn’t quite gotten her shining moment to be considered highly in the big leagues yet supe name = infinity gem started in her own small group called the starlets weaknesses: stamina, unable to heal although she’s near indestructible when power is in use. outfit design: this but with some differences- black base that seems to near shimmer in the light vs blue

Star Wars verse in which the infinity gems are known as a mere legend in the universe; of these powerful gems, a growing myth with info growing all the more askewn. Gems that could grant infinite power if all obtained; no one suspects in search of the infinity gems to find living beings.
